I believe that each student needs something different and it's my job as the teacher to give you something that is designed specifically for you and the dreams you have.

So how does it work? 

​

After an initial 90 minute strategy call with me where we discuss everything, and I mean everything, that is going on in your life, business, practice, goals, and I create a custom 4-week mentorship plan that will help you reach those goals.  

 

Then, each week you will have a one hour call with me to either learn a new skill, talk about challenges you are facing, and create real action steps and tasks that you can do that week to grow towards your goal. You will also get the opportunity to email through out the week for any guidance or help you may need. ​

After 4 weeks are complete you will get a 30 and 60, day follow up with Kelly to make sure you are on track and continuing your growth.
